Launchy is quickly becoming my favorite XP add on. Just tap [Alt] + [Spacebar] and start typing the name of a program you want to launch and viola! Its open! It launches not only programs, but documents, bookmarks, folders and files. It is customizable and has a variety of skins to match your style. If you pause while typing, it suggests files and apps you might be looking for. This program will make you forget about your start menu and all those icons cluttering your desktop. And, when you're not using it, its invisible.
